Jacksonville, FL – The Delores Barr Weaver Legacy Fund, in its commitment to supporting organizations dedicated to empowering and uplifting communities, has awarded a generous grant of $250,000 to Girls Incorporated of Jacksonville. This grant will provide essential support to Girls Inc.’s programs aimed at empowering young girls in the Jacksonville area.
Delores Barr Weaver, a prominent philanthropist and co-owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been a steadfast supporter of numerous causes in Northeast Florida since making the region her home in 1993. Her Legacy Fund, established twelve years ago, continues to make a profound impact on the community by funding organizations across various sectors.
